I was very pleased with my order, well packaged etc....Unfortunately, when I removed the bubble wrap around the candle, it was 2/3 melted, so unusable!

Very beautiful midi ball by N. de Waël, with a stylised dragonfly with platinum wings. Timeless, it fits perfectly with the Art Nouveau of the Ecole de Nancy. I have two copies for a symmetry on the mantel of a stone fireplace: magnificent! Very well packaged, with great care, thank you.

The 2 packages were very well made with maximum protection.
The first package was very well protected and the lamp was in perfect condition.
However, we had a problem with the second package, where the lampshade was included: despite also being well protected, we found it completely dented.... The lampshade was in perfect condition, but we had a problem with the second package, which contained the lampshade.
Fortunately, the lampshade of the old lamp was not damaged and we were able to mount it on our new lamp...
