Slight color difference between the "red" of the lampshade and part of the base.

Good evening, A superb mauve owl received yesterday
1) Your site is TOP (navigation, products, colors ...)
2) Your products are expensive (except my owl received yesterday)
3) As beautiful as the traditional motifs are on some objects (basket, hoof ...), they lack sobriety on the animals. So I chose my monochrome mauve owl with golden eyes!
4) I love Alsace-Lorraine as half of my roots are there, so I'm ready to buy other such tasteful items from you for less than 200-300 euros if you offer them to me!

No problems with the delivery itself and the item received. However:
1) the website is poorly designed in that it doesn't allow you to select an item by budget range (you first have to choose one of the 9 possible categories and then sort by price). When buying a gift, price is the main criterion, and the site should allow you to see all the items in a given budget range.
2) The site doesn't indicate what's in stock and what's not. When buying a gift, delivery time is an essential criterion, and we need to be able to differentiate between items in stock and those to be manufactured, which may therefore be delivered later.
3) to solve the problems described in 1) and 2), the site refers you to a telephone service (0 962 275 942). I tried to call this number about ten times, but the phone seemed to ring in the dark before finally hanging up. Note that the problem hadn't arisen when I called the very first time. You should probably check with your operator to see if there's a problem with certain calls.

In view of the problems outlined in 1), 2) and 3), it's likely that many customers are turning away from Emaux de Longwy without going through with the purchase they wanted to make. As a Lorrain attached to the continuity of your tradition, I regret this.

A few years ago I discovered enamels and regularly bought from the Longwy boutique. I recently ordered an icare lamp over the internet (since I've moved).the order and delivery were fast and very correct (very good packaging).however, the lampshade didn't match the lamp, either in size (it was impossible to fix it) or in color.the error was quickly rectified.best regards.
