Our lead times for parts not in stock are approximately 11 weeks from payment of your order.

Our website offers you a wide range of enamel or earthenware models, from current or older collections and in various shapes and colours. As our stock is limited, most of your pieces are made to order in our faience factory in Longwy.
This is true from the design of the mould needed to make the biscuit, to the final firing of your piece. Lampshades are also made in our factory.

For this reason, our shipping times can take several weeks. Estimates range from 11 weeks for enamels to 5 weeks for earthenware.
Available items are shipped within 48 to 72 hours.
It is possible for some parts to be manufactured with shorter lead times.
