Our lead time for parts that are not in stock is approximately 15 weeks from the payment of your order.

Our website offers you a wide range of enamel or earthenware models, from current or older collections and in various shapes and colours. As our stock is limited, most of your pieces are made to order in our faience factory in Longwy.
This is true from the design of the mould needed to make the biscuit, to the final firing of your piece. Lampshades are also made in our factory.

For this reason, our shipping delays can take several weeks. They are estimated between 15 to 20 weeks for the Enamels, and 4 weeks for the Earthenware.

Available items are shipped within 48 to 72 hours.

It is possible for some parts to be manufactured with shorter lead times.
