When your package is shipped, upon receipt, you have a cooling-off period of 14 days to return the item.
This period runs from the day after you receive the item. It must be returned to us in its original packaging, in perfect condition, complete and accompanied by a copy of the invoice, to the following address

It is up to you to keep all proof of this return, which implies that the articles be returned by registered mail, or by any other means giving a certain date, the return costs remaining at your charge.
Upon receipt of your return, we will refund you after verification of the returned items, unless you have chosen a payment by credit card in 3 X without charge, in this case the refund will reach you as soon as possible after each withdrawal.

We will arrange for the item to be collected by a carrier according to your availability and at our expense.
Then we will proceed according to your wish, either to a new expedition or to the refunding of the nonconforming article.
