Your parcels are insured but it is essential to take certain precautions so that the guarantees can be exercised to your benefit for the exchange of the goods.

PRECAUTIONS ON DELIVERY :

Upon delivery of your package, you MUST open the package in the presence of the driver to check the good condition of its contents.
A parcel in good condition on the outside may have been thrown away and the parts inside may be broken due to the shock wave.

In case of breakage, the package must be refused.

See the procedure :
Upon receipt of your package, you must open it in the presence of the carrier to check the condition of the item.
If, despite all our precautions, your item arrives damaged, you must refuse the parcel and write "Refusal of parcel" on the delivery note, detailing precisely the reason for the refusal, the date and your signature. You will keep a copy of the delivery note. You will inform us as soon as possible of this problem, either by telephone on 0.962.275.942 or by e-mail

Without a report to the driver we have no recourse and cannot proceed with the exchange.

Taking reservations on deliveries:

Procedure for making reservations as provided for in Article 5.3.1 of DPD France's GTC.
Thus, in the event of a dispute at the time of delivery, reservations must be made by the recipient at the time of delivery and in the presence of the driver. These reservations must be indicated on the paper delivery slip.
Otherwise, the goods will be considered as having been delivered in good condition.

The use of the 4-digit delivery code remains in force. At the time of delivery, the recipient must inform our delivery person of the code that was sent to him.
If this code is incorrect, DPD France will not deliver the package.

If, however, the recipient had not received his delivery code, he may, as an exception, sign the driver's paper delivery note.
