We're back to provide a detailed update on production and deliveries by our partners:

  • Regarding the Longue Vie Longwy turtles: production has been completed. We are currently in the shipping phase. If you haven't received your turtle yet, it should arrive shortly.
  • Regarding the Ciel de Bohème turtles: production is complete. We are currently in the shipping phase as well. If you haven't received your turtle yet, it should arrive shortly.
  • Regarding the "Ciel de Longwy" turtles:We have produced 750 out of 1,000, which are currently being shipped. That leaves 250 still to be produced.
  • Regarding the "Ciel de feu" turtles: We have manufactured 800 out of 1,000, which are currently being shipped. There are 200 left to manufacture.
  • Regarding the Ciel de Neige turtles: We have manufactured 700 out of 1,000, which are currently being shipped. There are 300 left to make.
  • Regarding the "Ciel d'Espoir" turtles: We have produced 500 out of 1,000, which are currently being shipped.

We produce between 250 and 300 turtles per week. So within 5 weeks, we should have completed the entire production run.
We’re also making progress on the production of the other rewards.

Since receiving certification, we have made the following investments totaling €190,000 (excluding tax ):

  • Semi-automatic screen printing press
  • Screen degreasing tank for screen printing
  • Screen-printing wash tank
  • General Contractor
  • Suction Table
  • Screen Printing Exposure Table
  • Oven Renovation
  • Plaster Tower
  • Electrical Code Compliance Work
  • ERP – Integrated Management Software Package

We have hired five new artisans to increase our manufacturing capacity.
By the end of the year, we will invest an additional €190,000 (excluding tax) in the following equipment:

  • Precious Metals Setting Booth
  • Water-Curtain Booth for Enameling
  • Cabinet for 2 ironing stations
  • General Contractor
  • Reversible air conditioning for a store in Longwy
