Thank you for your suggestions and ideas: For my part, I would like to have a wider choice of models of cyclades, coblence, square and round lamps under 1500 euros. I've got 2 of them and every day I'm amazed. I'd also like to see photos on your site of lamps mounted on the 24 or 16 cm diameter balls.the idea always remains, at least in my opinion, to combine the useful with the pleasurable, like a beautiful lamp that lights up every day, a pocket where you put your keys when you get home, a plant in a beautiful planter....voilà. Hello, I placed an order on this site, I phoned the number indicated to reach an advisor, to my great surprise the advisors on this site are really very available to customers. I had chosen a piece that wasn't available but that I could have received around Christmas, and they explained to me that it takes an average of 4 weeks to make a piece. Personally, I needed an enamel piece for a gift, for a very short date. It was difficult because the pieces were not available, and I had looked for other pieces in the meantime. The consultant took note of what interested me and gave me the references of what was available. Many other sites should follow the example of the friendliness, politeness and patience that the enamels advisers show their customers, which is important in my eyes. I order a lot of things on the internet, whether valuable or not, and I feel that just because we're not face-to-face doesn't mean we shouldn't be as well served as in a store. So I took my hat off to Enamels' telephone customer service, and ended up ordering this big white bear with a black and platinum collar. A superb piece, the sides of the eyes are also in platinum, the photo makes the piece lose value, it's true that things are always prettier in real life, I asked for a little writing under one of the bear's paws. Here too, I'd like to thank the person who had the task of completing the writing, which was very neat and legible too, even though there was very little room. In short, and to conclude, if you can't make it to the site, I strongly advise you to contact an advisor if you need to. You won't be disappointed, because this site really does everything it can for its customers. I'd like to thank the consultant who took care of me, the person who took care of the writing, the people who took care of the very meticulous packaging, all the staff who, in my opinion, live up to the high standards of émaux de Longwy.
