I was very pleased with my order, well packaged etc....Unfortunately, when I removed the bubble wrap around the candle, it was 2/3 melted, so unusable!

Very beautiful midi ball by N. de Waël, with a stylised dragonfly with platinum wings. Timeless, it fits perfectly with the Art Nouveau of the Ecole de Nancy. I have two copies for a symmetry on the mantel of a stone fireplace: magnificent! Very well packaged, with great care, thank you.

ROBICHON Fabrice Published on 29 July 2018

Superb pocket protector with a very Art Deco pattern, with a gold border that beautifully highlights the play of black and white contrasts inside.
The packaging is very neat, as always. Thank you.

Very nice lamp, but a bit less decorated than the "midi ball"...

Daniel SCHROEDER Published on 02 April 2018

Beautiful vase in perfect condition. The delivery time was long due to technical problems. The service provider chosen for the delivery leaves something to be desired....delivery to the neighbour without informing us.

The order was very easy to place and the delivery was very fast. The packaging is perfect to resist breakage.Concerning the shop, I did not find how to select the objects by collection, rather than by model.Bravo to all for your achievements, especially to the workers who realize to perfection the objects of their creators.Good continuation and long life to the Manufacture!

Michel MALOCHET Published on 12 August 2017

Hello,
The lamp was made within the time limit indicated.
I would like to thank you for the excellent service and the excellent quality of the product. I would like to thank you for the excellent service and the excellent quality of the product.
The 2 packages were very well made with maximum protection.
The first package was very well protected and the lamp was in perfect condition.
However, we had a problem with the second package, where the lampshade was included: despite also being well protected, we found it completely dented.... The lampshade was in perfect condition, but we had a problem with the second package, which contained the lampshade.
Fortunately, the lampshade of the old lamp was not damaged and we were able to mount it on our new lamp...
With our thanks for this special fabrication.
Sylvie & Michel Malochet
