MANUFACTURES EMBLEM OPENS ITS FIRST U.S. SHOWROOM
IN NEW YORK

Manufactures EMBLEM, a group of four leading French manufacturers, is opening its first American showroom in SoHo on the occasion of the NYCxDESIGN international design festival.

Inspired by a chic Parisian garden, this showroom was designed to embody the quintessence of French style and refinement. This showcase highlights the exceptional know-how and the art of living of the EMBLEM companies: Maison Taillardat, Maison Craman-Lagarde, Manufacture des Émaux de Longwy 1798 and Vernaz & Filles.

A staging to sublimate the Houses

Designer Anne Pericchi Draeger played the card of a rich and warm decor using a wide range of colors, textures and patterns. The result: a place like a bonbonniere that showcases the treasures of French craftsmanship.

Each House is represented through strong pieces emblematic of their respective know-how: Chevreuse sofa embellished with gold leaf, Choiseul shepherdess and Murat chair by Maison Taillardat are dressed with Pierre Frey, Métaphore and Dedar fabrics. The magnificent Bishop stool byIndia Mahdavi
and the Chou vase by Pierre Gonalons present the Manufacture des Émaux de Longwy 1798. The gilding work of Vernaz & Filles is, for its part, magnified on a splendid mirror. So many exceptional pieces that give life to the place. In a nod to the EMBLEM logo, the Queen console by Maison Taillardat is decorated with an elegant bee motif.

To complete this setting, walls and ceilings are covered with a Zuber wallpaper with a blue sky garden trellis pattern. The Codimat carpet
with banana leaves is a re-edition of Madeleine Castaing.
