Also known under the pseudonym Tolgen, Jean-Paul Neglot is a talented French watercolor painter born in 1955 in Metz. In parallel to a professional activity, he perfects his skills in watercolor and oil paintings. He received numerous awards for his watercolor paintings. After years of working with figurative paintings, he developed an abstract, yet comprehensive style. Jazz, blues and classical music have a great impact on Tolgen's creations.
