To secure its future, Manufacture des Emaux de Longwy 1798 is offering you the opportunity to invest in its capital.
By becoming a shareholder, you participate in :
- preserving centuries-old expertise recognized by UNESCO, emblematic of Lorraine and France
- secure and develop employment
- invest in the workshop to increase its production capacity and protect employee health
- strengthen its commercial development
Becoming an owner of part of the Manufacture's capital means:
- build an extremely strong, long-lasting relationship with this company
- have access to privileged information
- be consulted annually on its progress
It is to enable you to have this direct link with the Manufacture that we decided to carry out a single capital opening operation and that we decided not to create a "Friends of Emaux de Longwy" society. Our friends will be able to hold a direct stake in our capital. Furthermore, creating a new structure would have contributed to increasing unnecessary management costs.
Our minimum target for this capital increase is to place 3,500 shares at a unit value of €120 per share, representing a total of €420,000. However, our goal is much more ambitious, as we have the potential to place up to 7,000 shares and thus raise up to €840,000.
The share price reflects confidence and commitment to the future of the Manufacture. It does not reflect past economic performance but demonstrates the willingness of future shareholders to support the company's development plan to achieve profitable operations in the coming years.
All capital investments carry the risk of total loss of the amount invested. Before making any decision, you are invited to download the Summary Information Document. Only then can you download the subscription form.
You have until Friday, February 6 to participate in this capital increase and pay the funds. These funds will be frozen in a specific account at Crédit Agricole de Lorraine and will only be released if the continuation plan is approved by the Commercial Court of Briey at its hearing on February 19.
If this is not the case, or if we are unable to place at least 2,625 shares, your funds will be returned to you.
