In light of this, we are looking for a Factory Outlet Sales Associate to join our team.
Your mission
At the heart of the Manufacture, you’ll serve as the brand’s ambassador to our customers and collectors.
You’ll be an integral part of the factory store’s daily operations while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Your main responsibilities
- Greet, advise, and assist customers
- Manage sales at the factory outlet
- Prepare shipments and track deliveries
- Showcase the collections and new arrivals in the store
- Participate in sales activities and events
- Monitor inventory in collaboration with the team

- Position based in Longwy (Grand Est)
Qualifications
- Retail sales experience
- A commitment to customer service and a passion for interacting with people
- Interest in the arts and crafts, interior design, or the luxury sector
- Organization, independence, and dynamism
- Proficiency with digital tools
- English preferred
