Main tasks
You will be responsible for customer reception and relations, e-mail exchanges, telephone calls and administrative follow-up.
As a true ambassador for the Manufacture des Emaux de Longwy 1798, you will be available to sell the Manufacture's products.
You will develop the sales of the Factory Boutique and our Online Boutique by mobilizing a high level of service and product knowledge.

Main skills
A salesperson at heart, you have worked in the "Art de Vivre" and/or Interior Design sectors.
You are able to support sales with a thorough knowledge of the company's history.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the sales area and merchandising.
You are equally at ease in the Boutique and responding to customer orders on our online Boutique.

The Boutique Manager will also be in charge of E-commerce: He or she will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the online Boutique and customer follow-up, as well as securing payments.
In charge of content integration (photo, text), the person will update :
- item sheets, special offers, sales and available stock.
- taxes, payment and shipping methods.
- information menus, general terms and conditions, questions and answers, store hours and tours.
