In commemoration of the 70th anniversary of the D-Day landings of June 6th 1944, Emaux de Longwy propose, on this collection egg, a pictorial picture of D-Day.
Planes, boats, parachutes and soldiers of the allied forces, American, Canadian, English... are deployed on the Normandy coast for the largest logistical landing operation ever organised.
In a single day, more than 150,000 soldiers will walk the shores and beaches of Calvados and the Cotentin.
